Customer Reviews
New show coat is perfect!
I just got my new show coat from Jeffrey's Horse and Hounds, and I absolutely love it! The fabric feels so nice, and it fits me perfectly. I was a bit worried about ordering a show coat online without trying it on, but their sizing guide was spot-on. It looked even better in person than in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. I can't wait to wear it at my next competition. I will definitely be shopping here again for more riding apparel. Such a great find!
Got what I needed
Needed some new stirrup leathers and a hoof pick, and Jeffrey's had them. Placed the order online, and it showed up a few days later, no fuss. Everything was exactly as described, nothing fancy but totally practical. Easy peasy.
Decent gear, minor shipping wait
I picked up a new leather bridle and some horse boots. The bridle is really nice quality for the price, and the boots fit well. The website was easy to navigate, and finding what I needed was simple. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, about a week, but everything arrived in good condition. Customer service was responsive when I emailed to check on the order status. Overall, a good experience, but a slightly faster delivery would make it even better.
Good saddle pad, quick delivery
I ordered a saddle pad last week. It arrived yesterday, which was fast. The pad itself is good quality. Fit my horse well. No issues. I would probably buy from here again.
So happy with my purchase!
I just received my new show coat and a set of polo wraps, and I absolutely love them! The coat fits perfectly, and the wraps are such a nice quality. Everything arrived so quickly, and the packaging was great. I'm already planning my next order, I'll definitely be back for more gear soon. I've already told my barn friends about them, too!
Great value on consignment gear
I was looking for a decent used saddle without breaking the bank, and Jeffrey's Horse and Hounds delivered. I found a great deal on a used dressage saddle in their consignment section. The pricing was really competitive, especially compared to other sites I checked. I also snagged a pair of riding breeches during their riding apparel clearance. The savings were significant, and I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck. It definitely felt worth the purchase, and I'll be checking their clearance and consignment regularly for future needs.
Fast delivery, good quality.
Ordered a grooming kit and some fly spray. It arrived fast. Products are good. Happy with purchase.
Good quality, solid experience
I ordered a new English riding saddle and a couple of saddle pads. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found the product descriptions and multiple photos very helpful for making my selection. The saddle arrived within five business days, which was earlier than the initial estimate, and it was well-packaged to prevent any damage. The quality of the saddle is excellent, exactly as described, and the saddle pads also feel very durable. I did have a question about saddle fitting, so I used their online chat support, and the representative was knowledgeable and provided good advice. Overall, a smooth transaction with quality products and decent support.
Reliable for equestrian gear
This wasn't my first time ordering from Jeffrey's Horse and Hounds. I've bought horse boots and several grooming kits from them before. This time I got a new leather bridle, and it was just what I expected. Their quality is always consistent, which is why I keep coming back. The bridle felt sturdy and the leather was soft right out of the box, not stiff like some other brands I've tried. Shipping was quick too, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. It's nice to have a go-to store that I can trust for all my equestrian needs. Never had a problem with any of my orders.

Thinking of consigning some old tack with them. What's that process like?
Anyone know if you can use a coupon on the consignment stuff? I found a really nice bridle in consignment but also have a first order discount.
Do they offer any discounts for new customers? Like a first order promo code?
Hey guys, thinking of ordering a saddle. Does Jeffrey's do trials or anything? Don't wanna commit to a super expensive saddle without trying it first.
Wondering if this store is legit. Never heard of 'Jeffrey's Horse and Hounds' before.
